Superlatives are many for Kathy Trimble! Leading up to meeting and working with Kathy, we had dealings with several agents in and around the Wilmington,Leland and Southport,NC area. Working through this process from out of state we can’t say enough about the level of support and professionalism Kathy provided us. She made sure we had all the contacts we needed to schedule the inspections and followed up on all of our appointments to ensure they were scheduled and the paperwork processed timely. We listed our condo with Frances in late spring so that we could have the benefit of summer visitors viewing it. I was very impressed with Frances the first time I met with her. Her knowledge of the area and the sales that were going on was wonderful. She helped us establish a sale range for our condo with that knowledge. If I ever had a question, she was very quick to respond to it. Since the partners in our condo were using it during the summer weeks, I did request that she notify me of any showings that were to be held so that I could make sure it was ok with the occupants. After we had closed on the house. An issue aroused that was missed by the home inspector. Frances stood by us and lead the charge on getting the issue resolved (which she did). Working through this process from out of state we can’t say enough about the level of support and professionalism Kathy provided us. She made sure we had all the contacts we needed to schedule the inspections and followed up on all of our appointments to ensure they were scheduled and the paperwork processed timely. Superlatives are many for Kathy Trimble! Leading up to meeting and working with Kathy, we had dealings with several agents in and around the Wilmington,Leland and Southport,NC area. We listed our condo with Frances in late spring so that we could have the benefit of summer visitors viewing it. I was very impressed with Frances the first time I met with her. Her knowledge of the area and the sales that were going on was wonderful. She helped us establish a sale range for our condo with that knowledge. If I ever had a question, she was very quick to respond to it. Since the partners in our condo were using it during the summer weeks, I did request that she notify me of any showings that were to be held so that I could make sure it was ok with the occupants. Frances is probably the most knowledgeable real estate agent we have ever worked with and her clients' interest is definitely her main concern. She will suggest a selling price that is based on the current market trends with the statistics to back up her appraisal. If you are buying a property, you can be assured she will get the best price possible for you. YOU are her main concern, not her commission! We had our house on the market for over a year without success and very little interest shown by potential buyers. We changed our realty company and agent. We chose Frances Warner based on a brief meeting we had with her when we were first tried to sell the house. Within three weeks we had offers on the house and sold it within a month. Mrs. Warner is a true professional and tireless worker.

We were hoping to find a vacation condo on the NC coast. Frances was extremely helpful in guiding to just the right place. She worked to take care of all the details leading up to closing - saving us from making multiple trips from VA to NC. The entire buying process was very efficient and painless due to Frances' attention to detail. Even a year after closing on our condo, Frances came by and we had a great discussion about renting our unit. She provided advice that has led to our rental income increasing five fold! We used Frances for our purchase on OIB. She was even able to move up our closing date by 12 days so that we could enjoy fall break at our new place. We have sold numerous homes over the past 40 years, with a variety of realtor "types". Frances Warner was superb from start to finish. I had my realtor's license in No. Virginia, outside Washington DC, and feel like I know the right way and wrong way to sell a home....and Frances ended up showing me that there is also a superior way to sell a house. We interviewed others before meeting Frances and within 5 minutes we knew she was going to do the best job for us. Sure enough, she did. Our house sold in about 24 hours and the guidance/advice that Frances provided before it went on the market was spot on....and made all the difference. If you have the opportunity to sign her on as your agent...JUST DO IT !!!!

My husband and I decided it was time to look for a retirement home in the Calabash area. We found Kathy Trimble and her office through an internet search. We were in New York and Kathy was in NC, but we were able to narrow our search from listings she sent. We finally met in August & toured many homes. Kathy was so knowledgeable about the area and the market. She was always available for a phone call or text. We found her very warm with a great sense of humor. We visited one more time in October and put in an offer. She was very helpful with all the paperwork and next steps. We closed on our new home right before Thanksgiving and Kathy came with us and was very helpful. We were very pleased with the whole experience, Kathy really made the process painless and we look forward to seeing her again when we move down.
